51ºÚÁÏ Supports... Race Equality Week

Posted 04/02/25

3-9 January 2025 : Race Equality Week is an annual campaign that asks employers and employees from organisations across the UK to address the barriers to race equality in the workplace.

What is Race Equality Week?

In 2025, Race Equality Week takes place from the 3rd to the 9th of February, and this year it focuses on the theme #EveryActionCounts.

Race Equality Week is about taking action to address race equality and actively working towards an anti-racist society. It also looks at tackling the tokenistic approach to race equality within organisations, by offering an opportunity for companies to create a genuinely inclusive work environment.

#EveryActionCounts

The purpose of 2025’s theme #EveryActionCounts, is to show that even the smallest actions can have a big impact. Every single one of us has a role to play in the fight against racial inequality in today’s society, and Race Equality Week offers an opportunity to learn how to take impactful steps towards a brighter future.
