Food Standards SamplingThis webinar, in two parts,Ìý will provide delegates with an overview of the legislation and of the legal and practical requirements in taking food samples. It will discuss the types of analysis the Public Analyst can carry out once the sample has been received and how to action the Analysis results. The training will use practical examples and discussion where appropriate.
