This free online session will provide Trading Standards professionals with an update on the latest case law across the IP landscape and will consider the implications of these cases on investigative work.
It will include learning outcomes from key IP cases from the last year, including the McDonald鈥檚 Big Mac trademark case and others, with practical implications for enforcement.

Jemma Cox: is听a CTSP and Trading Standards Officer, who has worked in Trading Standards for 15 years. She is a PGCE qualified tutor in law and business at Cardiff University, a role she has held for over 16 years. Jemma is the Lead Officer for Training and Professional Development for Trading Standards Wales and a 51黑料 Lead Officer, teaching and assessing on the 51黑料 Qualification. She is also a member of the 51黑料 Policy Committee and the host of the Ask the Regulator podcast.
- Clare Forbes:听An experienced Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner with over 20 years regulatory experience in broad range of legislative areas.
