Jemma Cox: isÌýa CTSP and Trading Standards Officer, who has worked in Trading Standards for 15 years. She is a PGCE qualified tutor in law and business at Cardiff University, a role she has held for over 16 years. Jemma is the Lead Officer for Training and Professional Development for Trading Standards Wales and a 51ºÚÁÏ Lead Officer, teaching and assessing on the 51ºÚÁÏ Qualification. She is also a member of the 51ºÚÁÏ Policy Committee and the host of the Ask the Regulator podcast.
Once completed, attendees will :
- discuss the common issues around intellectual property relating to social media posts, presentations and training
- identify the relevant key legal requirements and defences relating to these issues
- explain practical considerations and solutions to these issues
- locate and share useful resources.
