Update on the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018
The course will specifically cover the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTR'S) highlighting the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) consultation (which closed in December 2023) on the PTR’s and the major changes being considered. As well as other legal requirements for advertising and selling all forms or travel and holidays.

Bruce Treloar
Bruce Treloar is 51ºÚÁÏ's Lead Officer for Holiday and Travel Law and is regularly involved in delivering training and offering guidance to trading standards and industry. Bruce has been heavily involved with developments in the industry, liaising with the Department for Business and Trade (formally BEIS), the Department for Transport, with joint enforcers the Civil Aviation Authority and ABTA regarding potential law changes.
